NUMARK Associates is accepting applications on an ongoing basis from highly experienced professionals in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and biofuels. Individuals will be responsible for evaluating and supporting bid proposals and for implementation of their respective expertise on specific projects.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of the following professional experience and a proven track record as a subject lead expert or manager of projects and multi-party stakeholder processes:

• Advanced degree in engineering, economics, or energy/environmental policy
• 10 years experience in any of the following areas:
• sustainable energy and environmental policy
• promotion of renewable energy/efficiency policies and regulations
• development of clean energy markets
• demand and supply side restructuring and management for utility/industrial/residential power
• feasibility assessment of clean energy projects
• financial and technical aspects of clean energy technologies (wind, solar, geothermal, biofuels, etc.)
• Previous experience with USAID and USTDA funded projects highly desirable
• Experience in developing countries; Southern hemisphere will be an asset
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
